Our mission
Construction estimating is one of the most demanding jobs in the built environment. Estimators carry the weight of every number, every assumption, and every clause they might have missed. A single overlooked liquidated damages provision or a special inspection requirement buried in Division 01 can turn a winning bid into a financial loss.
SpecSwift exists to change that. We apply AI to the part of the bid process that takes the most time and produces the least insight: reading the spec. Our goal is simple — give every estimator on the team the same depth of spec knowledge your best senior estimator carries, in seconds instead of hours.
We're built by H. Mollenry and Co., a software company based in Dublin, Ohio, focused on practical AI tools for the construction industry.
